Store Policies

This policy applies to items purchased in-store & online.

All complete services are covered by an 24 month warranty. Partial repairs are not covered by warranty. All repairs covered by warranty are returned with written documentation of the warranty.  Our warranty for complete service includes movement parts and labor.  Please note, the warranty does not cover crown, stem, crystal, band or bracelet damage. It also excludes any damage caused by misuse, including dropping, jarring or excessive exposure to moisture. 

All credit cards MUST be US based and linked to a US mailing address that can be verified.  We require a US State ID or Drivers License that matches the mailing address on the card being used.  Alternatively, payment can be made via wire transfer or PayPal.  

Strap orders are processed within 1-2 business days or receipt.

All customer service inquiries will be answered Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Customers will be notified via e-mail of any backordered merchandise.

Refunds will be issued for straps only when they are returned unused and in original condition within 15 days of receiving original order. Watches purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. They must be returned in unused, original condition. Refunds are not issued for returned watch purchases, exchange only.

All special order items are final sale. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not ship internationally at this time
