All Merchandise
We want to make sure that every Grand Central Watch customer is happy with their purchase. Please review the following return policies prior to purchase on all merchandise including vintage/pre-owned watches, new/modern watches, and watch straps.
- Refunds will be provided for unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt. All returned item(s) are subject to thorough inspection and will only be accepted for refund if they are in their original condition. Worn, damaged or altered merchandise will not be approved for refund.
- Customers must contact our staff at centralwatchrepair@gmail.com to obtain return authorization prior to shipping it to Grand Central Watch. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Grand Central Watch is not responsible for item(s) lost/damaged in the return shipping process.
- All merchandise in original, unworn condition may be exchanged or receive store credit within 15 days of receipt. Worn or altered merchandise is not applicable to exchange/store credit; the return process will be rejected and the item(s) will be returned.
Your return/exchange will be rejected if:
- We detect it has been worn or altered.
- Any missing supplied paperwork/accessories.

- All service charges are final.
- All custom made items are final sale.
