Online Purchase Return Policy
We want to make sure that every Grand Central Watch customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following return policies prior to purchase.
Pre-Owned/Vintage
- Refunds will be provided for unworn merchandise returned within 3 days of receipt. All returned items are subject to thorough inspection and will only be accepted for refund if they are in their original condition. Worn, damaged or altered merchandise will not be approved for refund.
- Customers must contact our staff at centralwatchrepair@gmail.com to obtain return authorization prior to shipping it to Grand Central Watch. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Grand Central Watch is not responsible for items lost/damaged in the return shipping process.
Microbrand/Straps
- Refunds will be provided for unworn merchandise returned within 15 days of receipt. All returned items are subject to thorough inspection and will only be accepted for refund if they are in their original condition. Worn, damaged or altered merchandise will not be approved for refund.

In-Store Purchase Return Policy
- All service charges are final.
- All custom made items are final sale.
- New watches can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
- Vintage watches may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Watches must be unused and in original condition.
- No Refunds for in-store purchases. Exchange or store credit only. To exchange an item it must be unused.
- Original receipt must be presented to receive store credit.
