About the Watch

In the 1960’s BENRUS released the original Series #3061 watch - a civilian variation of the military-issued DTU-2A/P field watch, featuring a red-tipped seconds hand, lumed numerals, and a polished case along with the brand's logo on the dial, clearly distinguishing it from its military counterpart.

A watch that was fit for the movies, BENRUS brings back the Series #3061 for a modern audience, staying very true to the original but with some updates. Now measuring 39.5mm x 48mm x 12mm, the satin brushed steel case has more wrist presence. The dial, which sits under a double domed acrylic crystal, stays true to the original, keeping the #3061 hallmarks of the logo, red-tipped seconds hand, and C3 Super-LumiNova printed numerals.

The Series #3061 is Swiss Made, powered by a Soprod P024 automatic movement featuring 25-jewels, hacking, hand winding, 38 hours of power reserve, no “phantom” date, and a frequency of 28,800 bph. Available on a 20mm black leather rally strap.
