This mint condition, fully serviced, Zodiac World Time ref. 752-934B is the crème de la crème of pre-owned Zodiacs.
About the design
- Swiss-made movement (Cal 75B).
- Matte gray dial; contrasting silver 24-hour index.
- Standard date function; world time; 24-hour military time pointer; push-button date; hack setting.
While certain elements of the World Time ref. 752-934B were designed specifically for this model, the sleek hands and dial marker combination previously appeared on earlier Aerospace GMT models. More specifically, the Zodiac ref. 752-925 and 752-934.
The baton hands with an elongated tridium plot and bright red 24-hour hand first debuted on the second edition of the Zodiac Aeronaut GMT (ref. 752-925). Around this same time, various shaped red hands were piloted before Zodiac landed on a red rectangular design.
On the third edition of the Aeronaut GMT (ref. 752-925), a tridium-filled rectangle lollipop was added to the sweeping second hand and the dial markers were shortened and widened. In this same upgrade, the tridium plots were moved to border the outer edge of the dial markers as opposed to free-floating between the dial makers and center of the watch.
Note: When this ref. was first released, only one ring of cities was printed on the bezel. The design was shortly modified to include a second ring.
